2 Information We Collect And How We Collect It

We collect this information directly from You when You provide it to Us through the recruitment process, job application and resume submission, communications with Us, and subsequent employment or hiring processes.
3 Do Not Track Settings
We do not track You over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising. We respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. However, some other third-party websites do keep track of Your browsing activities so that they can tailor the information or advertising they present to You. If You are visiting such sites, Your web browser may allow You to set the DNT signal on Your browser so that third parties (particularly advertisers) know You do not want to be tracked.
We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. If You have any questions about targeting content, You should contact the responsible provider directly.

To consider and evaluate job applicants and their respective qualifications, skills, and interests (as may be communicated in their employment application materials or otherwise) for current and potential future employment or engagement opportunities with Us.

To evaluate and verify information collected by You during the recruitment and application process.
To keep records of Our interactions and communications with You and to further support, administer, and manage Our recruitment processes.

Please note that if You are subsequently employed by Us, the information obtained through the recruitment and employment application process may become part of Your employment record with Us and may be used by Us for employment related means, subject to applicable laws, regulations, and legal process.

7 Data Retention
We retain personal information We collect from You where We have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (for example, to provide You with Our recruitment and employment application or engagement experience or to comply with applicable legal, tax, or accounting requirements).
When We have no ongoing legitimate business need to process Your personal information, We will either delete or anonymize it or, if this is not possible (for example, because Your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then We will securely store Your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

Have the information You provided to Us sent to another organization, where We hold this information with Your consent or for the performance of a contract with You, where it's technically feasible.
